1. Nature of Advisory and Business Development Services

AKH Growth Partners provides market access, commercial research, partner origination and local execution coordination across Mozambique. Our work connects international and regional enterprises with verified market counterparties, suppliers, institutional stakeholders and transaction opportunities.

2. Discovery and Formal Mandates

Exploratory consultation calls are conducted without charge to establish mutual fit and evaluate commercial viability. Formal engagements are executed solely under written bilateral contracts, which define:

• Specific deliverables, milestones and timelines.
• Fee structure, including fixed fees, monthly retainers or defined success milestones.
• Confidentiality bounds and conflict clearance.
• Named points of contact and communication cadences.

3. Independent Representation and Regulatory Compliance

AKH Growth Partners acts as an independent commercial consultant and facilitator. We do not provide unregulated legal opinions or certified financial auditing. Clients remain responsible for their own corporate governance, statutory licensing and contractual execution under Mozambican law.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms, together with any formal service mandate entered into with AKH Growth Partners, are governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the Republic of Mozambique. The courts of Maputo hold primary jurisdiction over contractual disputes arising thereunder.
